This ribbon was created for the 15th's annual reunion held in September, 1896, at the City of St. Paul, State of Minnesota.

This cloth ribbon has a metal shield at the top, with a pin and hook on the reverse side.  The midsection lists the 15th's battle honors in the order they were earned.
