The American Civil War reenactors shown above portrayed the original soldiers of Company B, "The Wergeland Guards," of the 15th Wisconsin who fought in the September 19-20, 1863, Battle of Chickamauga, Georgia. This reenactor company was formed and led by Robert Braun of the 33rd Wisconsin. It included reenactors from the 33rd Wisconsin, the Stragglers, the 15th Wisconsin (Norway), and the Hogg's Mess reenacting groups. This company was a part of the Army of the Pacific (AoP) battalion that portrayed the 15th Wisconsin at the reenactment.
